OClub pricing for sports club management software
OClub has two pricing plans based on club size. Both include the appoclub.com web management panel and the OClub Tutores app free for the club families.
Club Plan — €19.99/month
Up to 300 active players. Includes full player, team and category management, line-ups and matches, online payments (Stripe), injury module with PDF report, mass season renewal and push communication with families. VAT excluded.
Club Pro Plan — €24.99/month
Unlimited players. Everything in the Club Plan + priority support + advanced customization + federation integration. For larger or growing clubs. VAT excluded.
OClub Tutores app — always free
The mobile app for families (iOS and Android) is free for parents of club players. They get real-time line-ups, club announcements with push, online fee payments and multi-children in a single account.
Contract terms
Monthly billing with a minimum 12-month commitment due to the continuous professional nature of the service. If 1 month passes without payment, access may be blocked. For cancellation or non-renewal, email administrador@gestiondeclubes.net.
